The space

- Main floor: Features a 20-foot ceiling and an open-concept layout for easy flow between the fireplace seating area, kitchen and dining area. The Heat & Glo fireplace offers cozy convenience: just click a button on the remote and enjoy the flames. The fully equipped kitchen has direct deck access for grilling. The Nespresso Vertuo and barista tools make creating coffee-shop-quality drinks easy. A drip coffee maker is also provided for those who enjoy a big pot of coffee. Dining is cozy, featuring a dining table and kitchen island seating in close proximity. The primary suite offers a Saatva king mattress on an adjustable base, a 65" smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and a glass-door shower. At the front entry, there is a convenient, private powder room. This level also includes a large, private office (with a 75" smart TV) and a fully stocked laundry room (with a drying rack and a steamer).
- Upstairs (mezzanine-level): Overlooks the living room and includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a double vanity. One bedroom has a king bed with a Helix mattress and the other has a twin XL over queen bunk bed (top bunk: 400lb max; bottom bunk: 600lb max). The Preservation Plaza fireworks can sometimes be glimpsed through the living room's mezzanine level windows.
- Downstairs (full basement): The primary entertainment hub features two smart TVs (an 85" and a 50"), an arcade table, an electronic dartboard, a full bar with barstools, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a plush chaise sectional. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed with a Helix mattress and the other features two twin XL beds.
- Outdoors: Includes a large L-shaped sectional on the deck, along with additional Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire table on the patio. The grill is on the deck which is easily accessible from the kitchen.
- Bedrooms: Each room features blackout shades, nightstands with lamps, USB and/or magnetic chargers, sound machines with nightlight feature, luggage racks, bedding essentials and large closets with plenty of hangers to accommodate extended stays.
- Bathrooms: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers (not in the half-bath), toiletry essentials, bath linens and toddler step stools.

Guest accessGuests have keyless access to the home and the oversized three-car garage. The driveway accommodates several vehicles and a very large, flat concrete pad next to the garage allows for trailer parking.

Other things to noteThe home is well-equipped for extended stays (week / month). Deck security camera remains off during guest stays. Booking Guest must be 25 or older. No pets are allowed. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be courteous and observe quiet hours. The home sits on a hill and the driveway is slightly sloped.
