The condo is located in the Newport building, which is a few buildings north of the resort (walking distance). You are on the second floor, condo 201.

You have a beautiful view of the lake at this condo from the balcony and there is a pool right next to the building. There is plenty of yard space at your convenience for games and fun!

You are just a short walk to the Resort! Enjoy convenient access to one of the Okoboji area's premier vacation destinations. Spend the day at the indoor or outdoor water park (you get 6 Free daily passes!), challenge the family in the arcade, keep up with your fitness routine in the exercise room, or relax with a meal and drinks at the resort's restaurants and bars. There is also a zipline and basketball court to enjoy! Just take a stroll around the area and you'll find plenty of things to do!

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, and two bunk beds (4 twin beds). Sofa is a pull out. There is room in the living room for an airbed or more sleeping if needed.
